“Made with Voyager malted rye, and malted barley, It’s very much a fruit and floral spirit driven whisky. Dangerously easy to drink, and very much of the American style of Ryes, though perhaps lighter, but without sacrificing length of finish. Typical of Riverbourne whisky, our signature is for the flavour of the spirit to dominate, rather than dominated by the casks previous contents”

Founded in 2015, Riverbourne Distillery is a boutique distillery based in Jingera, New South Wales. Martin runs a one man show, mashing, fermenting, distilling and ageing his range of boutique whiskies with the utmost attention to detail.
