This Riverbourne Identity single malt whisky is the 4th release in the ‘Identity’ range. There’s a very subtle hit of peat in this pure malted whisky which has been aged in a medium charred French oak cask, that previously held red wine. This whisky carries itself with finesse as it evolves in the glass and will surely be another sell-out as its three predecessors.
Founded in 2015, Riverbourne Distillery is a boutique distillery based in Jingera, New South Wales owned by head distiller, Martin Pye. Martin runs a one man show, mashing, fermenting, distilling and ageing his range of boutique whiskies with the utmost attention to detail.
