New World Projects is Starwards way of exploring new frontiers in the world of spirits and they’ve created another collectable expression with this 1st and 2nd filled apera (Australian-sherry) cask vatting. It’s a rare limited-edition release of only 540 bottles that was released in 2016 and sold out long ago.

We’ve been told that this was the very last bottling before Starward closed its old premises in Essendon to re-open in Port Melbourne. The canister and bottle were purchased together at the distillery by the original owner.

This is our only bottle to sell.
