Starward is continuing to explore new frontiers in the world of spirits and they’ve created an absolute peach with this first ever bourbon cask whisky release which comes in a 500ml bottle that is the new format for STARWARD projects (renamed from New World Projects).
The whisky has been matured in premium ex-Wild Turkey and ex-Makers Mark barrels for four and a half years in Melbourne’s intensely reactive climate. This whisky was limited to 1200 bottles and was an instant sell-out after the launch so be quick on this one as it won’t last

NOSE: Full of bright tropical fruits; toasted pineapple, green bananas, caramel and honeydew melon with undertones of lemongrass.
PALATE: Sweet and buttery, filled with caramel biscuity notes, leading you back to tropical fruit familiarity with a touch of vanilla coconut and honey to round it off.
