TBWC teaming up with the Starward distillery for this indie expression was an inevitable union as Starward has the largest international presence of all Australian whisky distilleries. Founded in 2009 by David Vitale, the distillery is based in Melbourne, the foodie capital of Australia. Starward set out to create a consistent and approachable Australian whisky, designed to be cracked open and enjoyed with friends.

This 3-Year-Old Starward was laid to rest in a re-charred ex-Australian Red Wine cask offering juicy fruity notes and bottled at ‘cask strength’ for added complexity and a lingering finish.

We’re offering these beauties at limited to one per Customer as one of the most anticipated Australian independent releases ever to grace our sun-drenched shores!
