Producer’s tasting notes Heather Tillott, Production Manager at Sullivans Cove.
“This whisky is a big, warm, round, malty hug. The nose has heaps of creaming soda, candied lime, canned peaches and rose petals. There’s lots of lovely warm malt too, with vanilla custard, aniseed, buttery shortbread, walnuts and orange. On the palate we taste toffee apple, warm spices, prunes, lemon cream biscuits, ripe apricots, white chocolate and a hint of pencil box, then on the finish there’s an explosion of malty chocolate with more ripe stone fruits and lemon curd”.
