This Grove single malt whisky is the 15th release made with single malted Australian barley that was initially aged in a one use bourbon barrel before it was finished in a port cask for only 3 months for a subtler finish! It’s an intensely rich cask strength whisky, transferred directly from barrel to bottle that could do with a dash of water to really make the whisky sing.
