Fresh aromas of green timber and sappy character are forward, with the influence of the cask imparting a chewy tannin and sweet oak flavours. Initial floral notes are evident on the first nosing and the whisky develops like that of a classic Speyside Single Malt – Floral, charmed with oak and showcasing delicate fruits of lemon and orange.
