Tasting notes.
NOSE: Sweet and crisp, floral with some tobacco and possible mustard spice.
PALATE: Lots of heat. Raw and sweet at first followed by hot peppered spice. A touch of water opens this whisky up nicely to include toffee and dried figs both on the nose and palate.
FINISH: Lingering heat with more pepper spice
