“Christie’s Cut” is Timboon’s very own premium cask strength whisky named after the famous Detective Inspector John Christie who was chosen by the Government to stamp out the practice of illegal distilling around the south-west coast of Victoria in the 1890’s by bringing down the notorious Nirranda Distillers led by Tom Delaney.

The whisky is big and bold just like its namesake. Aged for 5 years in 45 Litre ex-port casks and at 60%alc, it has an extra-long finish featuring all our trademark characteristics of fruit, vanilla, butterscotch and smoke.
Christie’s Cut is a new core addition to Timboon’s range next to their award-winning Port expression.
