This Governors Reserve is the 2nd bottling from a 3-part series. It was hand-picked by Head Distiller, Josh Walker and limited to only 88 bottles.

As owner/head distiller Josh Walker explained….
“It’s the last one from 2017. I cut it in late November but it was a very cold start to summer and took a long time to settle, hence we only bottled the first 40 bottles a day or two before Christmas. The remaining stock was mostly bottled just after the New Year. I think it’s one of the best we did for 2017”
