Description:
Here’s the latest independent bottling expression from Craft Works distillery which is also the inaugural release in their new ‘Ages’ series. Why the name ‘2 Sheds’, the distillery tells us it’s because “….new make spirit was sourced from friends of Craft Works, Tin Shed Distillery in South Australia then matured in our tin shed in Capertee NSW. Thus 2 Sheds was born”.

Owner and distiller Craig ‘Crafty’ Field sourced his new-make spirit from the producers of Iniquity (Tin Shed Distillery) and then matured the liquid in 2 x 100 litre French oak, ex Shiraz casks that were Oloroso seasoned, and then re-coopered with a nice toasting & heavy char (Super Cask).
