Here’s the 12th and latest batch release of Iniquity single malt whisky from the South Australian distillery – Tin Shed Distilling Co.
Matured in 90% American Oak ex Port with Sherry, and 10% French Oak ex Port, it’s another stunning entry from owner and head distiller, Ian Schmidt which is destined to be a definite sell-out.

On this release, Ian Schmidt comments……
“Compared to our earlier releases the drying wood notes have been tempered down. If flavours could paint a picture for me this dram conjures up one of a “Campfire on a riverbank (redgum, mallee root, eucalyptus leaves) with venison or kangaroo in a port and berry jam marinade cooking in the camp oven”.

Bottled in very small quantities!
