The That Boutique-y Whisky team exercised sound judgment when choosing Ian Schmidt of Iniquity whisky fame to include his distillate in their first full Australian indie bottling series. Ian is a larrikin (in the best possible way) and damn great whisky maker, making this union an absolute no brainer!

This whisky was originally matured in two small Ex-Tawny Port casks, before being moved to an ex-Pinot Gris cask, a rare sight in whisky production. Being located so close to the Adelaide vineyards, Tin Shed are perfectly poised to experiment with unusual cask types such as this.
