Nose: Spiced apple and creamy fruits. Raspberry overlay directly from the Pinot Noir cask, inviting biscuit, brown sugar and cream.
Palate: Sweet fruits. apple and raspberry. Big creamy barley malt. Nice, soft and complex oak.
Finish: Lovely oak sweetness. Brown sugars and a hint of char.
