Description:
This maritime single malt whisky is an offering in support of the Great Southern Reef Foundation. A Limited Release of 591 bottles, the whisky was matured in ex-Apera Sherry casks and finished in 40-year-old ex-Tawny Port casks from Murray Street. The cask composition has produced a whisky with a salted caramel backbone, enhanced by the Apera stewed fruits, with a complexity and depth that only an aged fortified can provide.

This expression is sold out at the distillery and the Waubs team graciously sent us an allocation for our supporters as well. Bottled at 43% ABV and never to be repeated – So, once they’re gone, they’re gone for good!
