Nose: Apple, apricot, pear, brown wood sugars and kitchen spices. An apricot Danish meets an almond croissant. Complex and evolving.
Palate: A salted caramel backbone and a balance of sweet buttery stone fruits from the Apera cask with that old Tawny treacle.
Finish: A lingering finish of lovely sweet, apple, pear, sultana and treacle overlay.
