Nose: Nectar honey, dried fruits like chocolate coated sultana, apricot and oak at the bottom of the glass.
Palate: The Apera provides the platform of juicy canned fruit, the Tawny brings rich spices & thick sweetness, the smidge of coastal peat ties the two elegantly with an earthy, nutty overlay. A balance of bitter sweet.
Finish: Sultanas and melted butter from the Tawny linger on and the nuttiness from the smidge of peat creates a lovely, complex finish.

Kelp Revival was matured in Apera Sherry casks, before finishing in a rare 70-year-old Tawny Port cask and married with a smidge of coastal peated whisky (for a nutty, earthiness not smokiness) that’s balanced, with a unique complexity.
