Description:
Here’s a special single malt celebrating the opening of the cray fishing season on the east coast of Tasmania. The popularity of the release saw it sell out at the Waub’s online store in 90 minutes when it was launched on the 11th of December 2024.

The whisky was first matured in ex-Tawny casks and then finished in casks made from a rare, 80-year-old rum vat, coopered on the old slipway right outside the distillery. Bottled at 51.7% to retain the big, rich oils, only 608 bottles were yielded in the entire release.
