Description:
Now here’s a real peach from the team at Waubs Harbour who are kicking goal after goal since releasing their first single malt. Matured in ex-tawny French oak, this limited-edition bottling was then finished in an American oak, ex-stout cask from Bicheno Beer Co. This expression is sold out at the distillery and the Waubs team graciously sent us an allocation for our supporters as well. Bottled at 58% ABV and never to be repeated – So, once they’re gone, they’re gone for good!

“Our local boutique brewery, Bicheno Beer Co. released their Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (matured in Waubs Harbour casks) in early 2023 and was awarded a Gold medal in the 2023 Independent Beer Awards in Brisbane”.
