Nose: Vibrant nose of golden syrup and stewed fruits
Palate: Sweet vanilla with biscuit. Sandalwood, with subtle plum and cherry.
Finish: Medium finish with the crescendo of sweetness and spice.

This first release was crafted at Riverbourne distillery using Riverbourne’s new-make spirit based in Jingera, NSW. The spirit was laid to rest in 2 x 50L American Oak and French oak (ex-wine) barrels for 2 years, before been married together and finished in a 100L ex-Port cask (that previously matured Rum) for an additional year.
