There’s a new kid on the block from Victoria and they’ve just released their inaugural 1st Batch, and 2nd Batch single malt whisky (December 2019).
This second release has been aged in ex red wine French Oak cask resized to 80 Litres with a medium barrel char. Its double distilled, non-chill filtered and created using the soft and pure water sourced from the pristine, Stanley Forest Hills. And at 700ml and a more-than-fair price point – it’s a win/win in our books, but ultimately, it’s all about the taste.
The response to this 2nd release has been fantastic and we’re down to our last 4 bottle. And at 700ml, it’s at a fair price point – a win/win in our books.
