Nose: Raisins, caramel, port with subtle honey, hints of coffee and Christmas cake.
Palate: Soft smooth caramel developing into toffee, soft orange, coffee back end.
Finish: Very subtle coffee earthy soft warm finish.

This single malt whisky release is to celebrate the opening of Yack Creek’s cellar door/tasting room.
Aged in ex red wine French Oak casks, re-sized to 80 litres for finishing, the whisky was transferred to an ex American oak, sour whisky bourbon cask and aged for a further 18 months. Double distilled and non-chill filtered, released at 48.0% ABV.
