Description:
We love a good bourbon cask; single malt whisky and this little Aussie gem really delivers. It’s the 8th release from Yack Creek that was aged in a 200 litre, Buffalo Trace ex-bourbon cask. It’s the little brother of Batch no.007, cask strength 60% ABV (also available on our virtual shelves).
Double distilled and non-chill filtered, it’s created using the soft and pure water sourced from the Stanley Forest Hills.
