Now here’s a Hakushu release you don’t see every day. A youthful, well-tempered 10-year-old that represents one of the most approachable introductions to the beautifully-constructed qualities of Japanese single malt whisky.

Built in 1973, the Hakushu distillery is known as the ‘Mountain Forest Distillery’ as it’s surrounded by fresh streams and lush forests not far from the Japanese Alps and it’s the pristine water from these streams that contribute to the fresh and delicate flavours of the whisky.
