Here’s a rare 18-year-old Karuizawa expression, bottled at Cask Strength from Sherry Cask #507 known as the ‘Japanese Sparrow and Magnolia’ bottling, the label features the work of famed Japanese artist, Hokusai (1760-1849).
Investment grade whisky – Karuizawa bottlings are fast disappearing as there aren’t too many casks left worldwide containing such revered whisky making this expression a highly sort after whisky that should appreciate nicely over time.
