We’re thrilled to have on offer The Chita single grain whisky which is the first new premium whisky brand that Suntory has launched in over 10 years. The Chita grain is better known for being one of the key elements of the Hibiki blends which helps marry the Hibiki flavours together with a delicate balance.
Usually only available sporadically in Japan and at select travel retail stores, this single grain whisky is made using corn with diverse unblended whisky brewing techniques developed over many years at the Chita Distillery in Aichi Prefecture. Due to the use of corn, similar to bourbon – it features a light taste and delicately sweet fragrance which makes it the perfect summer pour.
The design features black calligraphy that exhibits the distinguished qualities of Japanese whisky, set on a white Japanese washi paper-label representing the light flavour.
