Producer’s tasting notes
NOSE. Perfect fusion of sweetness, spice, creamy malt and deep smoke; sensational example of multi-layered classic Ardbeg. With water, smoke bellows from the glass.
PALATE. Smooth and peaty, silk-velvet smoke, black cherries, cloves, chocolate ganache and fudge. Fresh coriander, menthol and violets, chewy sugared almonds and tangy lime juice.
FINISH. Long and scented with fragrant wood smoke, spices and clotted cream.
