Nose: Lime leaf, lemon balm, shortbread, hay bales. Pineapple upside-down-cake, desiccated coconut, crème de pêche. Stem ginger syrup, pencil shavings, tobacco.
Palate: Nutmeg, dried ginger, orange blossom water. Smoked manuka honey, lemon meringue pie, salted cashew nuts. Creamola foam, Tizer. Hickory wood, farmy smoke, earthy depth.
Finish: Spicy, punchy, bright. A luscious, decadent dram.

Description
This limited release is made entirely from 100% peated spirit, initially matured for three years in 29 ex-Bourbon casks before being re-racked into Sauternes barriques for a further 3.5 years, adding layers of richness and complexity.
Like every Ardnamurchan single malt Scotch whisky, it is non-chill filtered, naturally coloured, and bottled in small batches, ensuring no two releases are ever quite the same. These tightly allocated batches sell out quickly across global markets, making each bottle highly sought after by discerning whisky enthusiasts in Australia and around the world.
