Colour: Golden amber.
Nose: Crisp oak and citrus peel, sundried raisins and rich prune syrup with hints of cinnamon and black pepper.
Palate: Crisp stem ginger warms caramelised orchard fruits and yellow plums, finishing with rich golden syrup and barley sugars.
