Rich molasses pours over sweet dates and dried prunes with a subtle, smoky herbal back note. Dark chocolate and brittle toffee ¬floods over rich dates and malt loaf. The peat smoke builds gradually, balancing off with a crisp, ¬floral oak finish.

Description
Here’s a special 30-year-old single malt rarely seen available on our Aussie shores. The expression was part of BenRiach’s batch 13 range bottled in 2016 that was hand-selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, who described it as “truly sensational”. Laid to rest for 30 peaceful years and finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead, this is one whisky that will appeal to high-end whisky drinkers and serious collectors alike.
The whisky is non-chill-filtered with no added colour and both bottle and presentation box are individually hand-numbered. It’s our only bottle to sell as we snagged the very last expression (bottle number 307 of 307).
