Our tasting notes
A beautifully constructed and well balanced, young Islay malt. The smoke starts subtle and then releases faster than a speeding ticket, before simmering down to vanilla fudge and orchard fruits, ending in a delightful seaside tang.

Description
Port Charlotte’s eagerly anticipated 10-year-old, heavily peated single malt whisky is now available on our virtual shelves. Introduced as the first permanent release in the PC10 category in 2018 replacing the Cuvee Scottish Barely release.
It’s peated to 40ppm, and drawn from a combination of first-fill American whiskey casks, second-fill American whiskey casks and second-fill French wine casks. It has been conceived, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay alone. A whisky born of a community with a vision and a mission to kick start a single malt whisky revolution.
It’s pure Port Charlotte, and absolutely Bruichladdich!
