Our tasting notes
The perfect marriage of sherry and bourbon. The Nose brings beautiful notes of vanilla ice-cream, garnished with mixed berries, oven roasted pecans with a marzipan note and dried fruit tang. The Palate continues with the roasted nuts from the nosing adding some cinnamon and spice with lashings of caramel fudge, red cherries, espresso coffee with a sour/tart note similar to green toffee apples. The Finish is sublime, a wonderful example of cask to spirit synergy that will have you coming back for more, and more, and more………………….
