“The blend is then finished in Oloroso sherry casks giving it a bolder, yet well balanced, flavour. Nose: Fresh, lemon drizzle, coffee & walnut cake, rum and raisin, caramel. Flavour: Lightly roasted coffee, date syrup, sticky toffee pudding. Finish: Peppery, salted caramel, nutmeg, flint”.
