Description
This Aultmore-Glenlivet Distillery 11-Year-Old is part of Wm Cadenhead’s 2021 ‘Original Collection’ with the entire range bottled at 46% ABV. The whisky was distilled in 2010 and matured in bourbon and Palo Cortado sherry casks. It was bottled in 2021 at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with no added colour.

About Aultmore Distillery.
Aultmore, meaning ‘big burn’ in Gaelic was built in 1895 by Benrinnes-owner Alexander Edward, and sits just north of Keith in the heart of Speyside. The distillery uses water from the Auchinderran Burn and is owned by John Dewar & Sons Ltd. The distillery releases their own age-statement single malt whiskies, with a fair portion going to indie bottlers and the majority of their production going into the Dewar’s blend.
