Wm Cadenhead’s have once again gone back to their roots to include quality international spirits in their vast portfolio while continuing to release the Scottish delights we’ve all come to love and this Heaven Hill 12-year-old, bourbon expression is the perfect example of that. It’s part of Wm Cadenhead’s 2022 ‘Original Collection’ that has replaced the earlier Single Cask and Small Batch collections with the entire range bottled at 46% ABV.

About Heaven Hill Distillery
The distillery is based in Louisville, Kentucky and has remained independent since its inception in 1935. They’re famous for brands such as Heaven Hill, Elijah Craig and Evan Williams and are a juggernaut in American bourbon producing just under 100 million litres of spirit annually that equates to approx. 1,300 bottles a day – Huge! Their ageing warehouses are peppered all over the countryside storing in excess of 1.5 million barrels with no end in sight. Their mash bill for Heaven Hill consists of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley.
