Bottling Notes
Here’s an Aberfeldy Highlander by WM Cadenhead, Scotland oldest Independent Scotch whisky bottler. This time round, the independent bottler sourced new-make spirit from Aberfeldy and matured it in a pair of bourbon hogsheads for 19 years before bottling it at a cask strength of 55.3%alc.
As with all their Cadenhead bottlings, the small batch series is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. Australia only receives a very small allocation of Cadenhead each year making the brand a very sort after indie on our shores.
