Bottling Notes
Now here’s a real diamond in the sky!
Cadenhead at the top of their game yet again, using the best of triple distilled Auchentoshan spirit, laying it to rest in a luscious bourbon cask, and marrying it together with a delectable French oak cask that contained Chateaux Lafite (one of the most revered French clarets ever produced).
As with all their bottlings, the small batch series is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
Australia only receives a very small allocation of Cadenhead each year and this expression is not one to be missed.
