Official tasting notes:
Nose: Oily and grassy with background peat. Very industrial. Some black pepper with, fennel and lemon thyme. becoming creamier.
Flavour: Dry ash, and then smoking hit oil, pear skins, whole limes, runny honey and a hint of mezcal.
Finish: Drying smoke and then becoming oilier and giving way to creamy stuffed peppers and a hint of engine oil.

Bottling Notes
A young, full throttled bottling of heavily peated single malt from Bunnahabhain that Cadenhead released in 2019 which scored some great marks across the board from whisky enthusiasts. Wm. Cadenhead’s small batch series are all bottled from vatting’s of no more than four casks from a single vintage and distillery. As with all their bottlings, the small batch series is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
