Bottling Notes
From Cadenhead’s, Scotland’s oldest independent bottlers, comes this 10-year-old Dailuaine-Glenlivet from their small-batch range. Matured in 3 x bourbon hogsheads and bottled in 2019, single malt bottlings from Dailuaine are few and far between. Only about 2% of the distillery’s production is marketed as single malt, with the majority of their malt spirit produced used for blending Johnnie Walker.
As with all Cadenhead bottlings, the small batch series is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. Australia only receives a very small allocation of Cadenhead each year making the brand a very sort after indie on our shores.
