Bottling Notes
From Cadenhead’s, Scotland’s oldest independent bottlers, comes this 11-year-old Ledaig (pronounced Lechayg) from their small-batch range. Matured in 3 x bourbon hogsheads and bottled in 2019, Tobermory distillery is located in Tobermory village, on the Hebridean island of Mull, just to the north of Islay. The distillery started its life as one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland in 1798 under the name Ledaig.
As with all Cadenhead bottlings, the small batch series is non-chill filtered with no added colouring. Australia only receives a very small allocation of Cadenhead each year making the brand a very sort after indie on our shores.
