Bottling Notes
Tamdhu is a distillery which often flies under the radar, but continually produces fantastic whisky. Sold by the Edrington group to Ian Macleod distillers in 2011, only now is it being seriously marketed as a single malt through its official bottlings, having previously been mainly used in blends.
This expression was matured for 24 years in a pair of bourbon hogsheads by WM Cadenhead, the oldest independent bottler in Scotland.
