APPEARANCE: Polished red wood.
NOSE: Dried prunes, toasted oak spices and roasted coffee beans with hints of ginger biscuit and dark chocolate.
PALATE: Crisp candied peel marries with sweet figs, sugared dates dusted with cocoa and freshly ground barely.
