Matured in a combination of American first-fill bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks, the whisky is bottled at a punchy 47.8% ABV, delivering impressive depth and vibrancy. Expect notes of rich vanilla, lemon peel, golden honey and zesty key lime pie. With an allocation this small for Australia, once it’s gone, it’s gone for good.
