Aroma: Sweet vanilla fudge aromas combine with candied citrus. Dark chocolate notes surface and transform into stewed pear and roasted hazelnut.
Taste: Creamy and sweet; chilli chocolate, cinnamon, and vibrant orange marmalade flavours combine with baked apple. Subtle golden sultana highlights lead into a toasted oak edge.
Finish: Long and lingering with bursts of spicy chilli.
