Here’s a cracking Small Batch, experimental release from Kilchoman that’s a unique vatting of three cask types. Bourbon (75%), Oloroso sherry (5%) and 20% ex red wine STR (that stands for shaved, toasted and recharred). Presented at natural cask strength, the whisky in non-chill-filtered and with no added colour!
