NOSE: Rich and powerful with hanging smoke: applewood, smoked nuts, lightly tarry, wet leaves. Water brings out hessian, walnut and a sweet soft fruitiness. Perfumed.
PALATE: This is dried fruits and a hint of melon. The phenols reduced to fish oil, Vick’s inhaler, tar. Becomes drier to the finish.
FINISH: Emerges like the engine of a fishing boat.
