Full of freshly picked oranges, sliced pineapple, boiled lollies and white pepper followed by peat smoke and the wisp of a salt-swept ocean breeze, all wrapped up in a buttery bouquet of Islay goodness.
Producer’s tasting notes
NOSE: Ripe orange, fruits and sweet liquorice moving into spices and dry mixed peppers before concluding with a lovely dry, nutty finish.
PALATE: Peaty, earthy flavours emerge followed by a hint of dry saltiness. Creamy orange tones follow.
FINISH: Bold and lingering spicy dryness.
