Islay and the Island of Mull meets Speyside in a beautiful ensemble of spirit, soft ash, coastal spray, butter menthols and Allen’s Red Ripperz on the nose with a complex palate flushed in golden hay, moist earth, granny smith apples and soft pepper spice. The finish is delicate and lingering bringing notes of fresh malt and red berry sweetness with the Islay influence tailing off to a vegetal farewell.
