The Samaroli 2021 ‘Ardmore’ 2011 Vintage 9 Year expression was aged in a first-fill, ex bourbon, 120 litre Koval Cask by Samaroli.

A delightful nosing of poached pears, malted caramel and earthy florals give way to a chewy palate of barbequed pineapple, honeycomb, Milky-way bars and tobacco leaf. Gentle peat smoke arrives at the finish with some linseed oil and a sweetness that pleasantly lingers.
